Charity Ceilidh In January
Advance notice of a charity Ceilidh at the Irish Club,High Lane Chorlton on Saturday 21st on Jan. at 7.30
Les Jones and his folk group, stalwarts from the Beech folk nights, are kindly playing live music and calling so no experience required, Come along and have some fun. They are hoping we will have food to sell too.
Tickets £10 and concessions £7 available on the door.
The money from the saleof the tickets will go towarnds CONCERNSUNIVERSFOUNDATION, a small community development and educatin project based in a very low income area of Bangalore.
The group have lots of tickets so bring all your family and friends.

The next meeting of the Chorlton Civic Society is on Tuesday 8th November. As usual it takes place at Chorlton Library from 7.30pm.
Local MP John Leech will be the guest speaker followed by the usual business.
